I tried as you said, but still, it turns out that I have a battle. It’s even a little funny to me from this, because I have already earned almost 17 levels on this problem, although when I first came to the location I was only 12

We've just done some checking and testing, and everything is working fine on our end. Are you SURE you're talking about the Bandits in their underground lair? And are you SURE that you're approaching them from behind? Either just running into them, or pressing Enter, when BEHIND them, should knock them out.

Finally, just to make sure, are you running the latest version of the game (v.308)?

I understood the whole problem. I myself play the Russian version, and there is a bug that just does not make it possible to knock out the bandit. I just went through the English version to the same location and this bug is not there. I am very sorry that I accused that the bug is in your version. Sorry again. And that even you had to check the game itself

Ahh, thank you for explaining the reason. Your apology is accepted.

We'll look into the issue in the Russian version and see if it's fixable.
