I have a bug where if I enter the whirlpool to the water kingdom, the character gets glitched or something and does not appear, yet the screen moves when I use the directional keys. This bug also persists through saves.

In your right you need to buy 2 or 3 rope from Evelyn store and talk to Akane and in the left you need to talk to Aunt rose using halloween cat costume and you get some quest from her and get you scene.
