I wish. The ones listed are universally appealing. Other games may appeal based on personal preference. Many like My Bully/Sicae, and it seems very well done to me, and the story concept(s) are good, but the dialogue translation jolts me out of immersion far too often. That is likely more about me. I'm giving Agent 17 a shot. PoV isn't me, but one can hope.

And, there does not seem to be a way to avoid Daphne and get friend points in week 5, while she is probably no one's choice earlier, the week is an instant fail if she isn't already a friend. Also seems that only one friend a night is available, but dates come first. Having Amanda and Bella at 19 (Bella by choice, Amanda because starting a shift at the restaurant with 5 movement left gets a +1, but does NOT get the player paid) means I only got Candace and Elizabeth, even though Fiona and Grayce were also primed. There is no way to complete this from a week 4 save, especially with the ... very iffy movement mechanics.
She will appear, but I would not bet on a story arc in the main game. Maybe a special? Dev has said that he no longer names the side girls, as there are already 23 with various size story lines, which is a lot, especially filling them in by individual story, not by time (which is really fucking hard, and the best thing about this game is making that work without the writing being compromised).
This is fallout from people (myself included) wanting to know more about Tia, who was the first side girl named. Turns out Tia is a reskin of Rosie (from dream sequences) and dev was a bit surprised that people were asking, as she started as a throwaway Amy plot device, and he didn't want to raise expectations.
So, while some of the other girls do have names, they will either never be mentioned, or will only be added in final release. The girl in the shower you mention is named Helen.
Lot of words. I'll offer a tidbit and a guess: the tidbit is that a decent portion of the Eternum soundtrack had to be replaced recently because the open license for many of the tracks excluded use in adult games. Play an older version if you can find it.
On the guess, Eternum is a wide-spectrum game. Vast herds of SJW from places like Fet cried constantly over how the MC acted in OIALT, and are mollified by Eternum, and as Jordan famously said, they support games, too. OK, no they don't, but the perception is that they do.
This game has a few things going for it that other excellent games may not, as follows: despite the harem angle, the approach is very vanilla, and appeals to almost everyone, as do the settings (those may not appeal to all in general, but since this is a computer game, it is likely to appeal to all who ever come across it). There are other games that sing to my kinks more than this one, but I love this game as well. Also, the dev has, y'know, FINISHED a game, which is also excellent; very, very few games in this style that are finished.
There are fewer games thematically similar to this. Format-wise, the finished game is Once in a Lifetime. It usually appears in 'related games' if you push the bottom button on the right of the screen. Which is kind of odd, as aside from format, about the only things the games have in common is being excellent.
For similar themes, I do not know of one that is finished, and the related games button will not give you, say, Cosy Cafe, That New Teacher, or Stormside (be aware, the last one is likely abandoned) but this one will appear when searching from there. Not sure why itch does that.
Yes, you can win it. Just think about what you have already done with the girls prior to the game show when choosing who competes. Partial spoiler explanation below.
You raced with Lauren in the park, so choose her for the race competition (Tortoise and Hare). You got a quiz from Judie in the library, so choose her for quiz (Rain of Knowledge). Carla is into such things, so choose her for Mentalist.
I probably should not have replied in kind (and in a matching tone). Seeing the same question asked over and over by people who literally have to scroll past the answer to ask the question gets really old, even though I have no stake in the matter. That said, I responded as if you asked the question more than once yourself, and that was unfair.
All that said, I don't think I will edit my post, as you have done. I said it, I'll own it.
I imagine I will at some point. I will probably wait a bit though, as my understanding is that the game is also in parallel development (with Sicae) and therefore progresses at half speed.
It may also be that tender bits suffer a lot more from language differences than more action-oriented games. The early parts of, say, Companion of Darkness are rough in english, but with what the characters are generally doing at the time, it is less jarring (jarring was the Amy arc; that is one many would not like).
