No mfm, fute or traps (I keep putting the option for it on the Patreon and Subscribestar polls but it consistently comes in at the bottom of the list).
No orgies either, but there are a number of threesomes.
Hmm, they're not the most fleshed-out scenes, but at the College in Act 2 the naughty scenes you can eventually get with the basketball girls and while teaching a class are technically orgies? Or at least right on the cusp of being an orgy.
If nothing else, they are foursomes.

Haha, well, that wasn't just included as a joke. :P One of the girls works on a farm. You can help her out on the farm in a couple different ways, but - even better! - after you have a kid with her, one of the ways you play with that kid is by... tending to a garden with them. ♥
