What do we do if we return to a turned over location card - resolve it again or ignore it?
And is there a benefit I am missing to 'move to an adjacent card' - aren't I doing this each turn anyway?

You only resolve a card when you turn it over, so the second time you ignore it.
As for the second one, that was a bit of an error on my part! Reminds me I'm due for an update...
