Wait, what? Can’t buy the full version for desktop on Itch? What gives? Been waiting for so long and this is a disappointing development.

There are legal and technical issues with selling games through multiple storefronts that complicate the matter. We would like to sell desktop versions through both Steam and Itch eventually, but for now we're already delicately balancing a lot of administrative overhead. Selling the Android version through Itch is less complicated because this version is only available through Itch (or as a SubscribeStar backer reward).
Well, this sucks a bit, not gonna lie, although it IS understandable.
It’s good to hear that you’d like to sell it through here, though. I’ve already committed a fair budget to various project subscriptions and whatnot, so although I wouldn’t mind paying the new full price (it’s a very fair price, tbh) I am reluctant to join the subscribestar at that tier. At this point I’m more inclined to buying and downloading the android version and then hacking things together to keep playing on desktop, honestly, but that would end up being quite the hassle to do on every update.
Joining and cancelling SS every time there’s a new update feels a bit shitty too so not very inclined to go in that sort of direction.
Gonna need to have a think, tbh, as buying on Steam is something that just isn’t going to happen from my end. I AM very interested in where things are going, and Ravager has certainly delivered so far. Regardless of what I end up deciding, I DO want to thank you for being upfront about how the situation is on your side and hope to enjoy the new content soon
I can't say I really understand that; plenty of other companies seem to have no issue selling their games on multiple platforms...
I will gladly buy the full (PC) game once it's available here, but I'm not gonna buy adult games on Steam. I've tried that once and juggling two Steam accounts just isn't worth the hassle.
Nontheless, I still really like the game; I hope I'll be able to purchase it here soon.
