Really cool art direction and cute story aspects. The trading money for hearts was nicely balanced and kept me on the edge through most of the game. Gameplay is pretty barebones but doesn't feel too bad. The theming is definitely there in terms of story but not really present in terms of gameplay. Great job on completing this!

Absolutely loved this game. I really liked how you needed to time your mouse clicks right to get an early attack in. I got to around level 9 or 10 before the two-hit enemies overwhelmed me.

Many things to say about this game, first I love the music and the contrast it has with the music that plays when you go up the elevator, the animations are great, the pixel art is also very beautiful, the game is also fun, it has helped me I liked it a lot in general, very good job!

This game was really fun! The combos felt very satisfying.

What a funny and totally original idea :) This game's best features are its simplicity, art, and sound design. The music amped you up and the sound effects made everything feel impactful. If the game were any longer it would definitely need more variety in gameplay but it kept me interested to the end which is all you can ask for in this game jam. The inclusion of a boss fight was a nice tough. Good job!

Quite an entertaining themary this game has and its a nice feeling to have all your attacks be full fledged animations aswell. I enjoyed it!
