Finally reached the end of the main story. Have to say, amazing work with the second half of chapter 5. Really gave me a lot of Castlevania vibes. The feeling of adventuring through the varied and intricate landscapes that you've created was amazing. When I reached the penultimate area of chapter 5 and the music kicked in, I was hyped.

The boss encounters before the last had a lot of narrative threads set up in the previous chapters pay off in a satisfying way. The stuff that surrounds Mila's mother, Ashe, Lucille had great reveals. I enjoyed how a certain contract character made an appearance. It was a blast reaching the end.

The final boss was as climactic as it should be, given everything that has set up. The design was great, and it had a unique mechanic to defeating it. It was funny that a certain character showed up in the end for an assist when I had no problem draining the boss with bombga.

I have some nits when it comes to the ending which are that there's no choosing of Mila's final fate after defeating the final boss and that it was too short. The ending is fine as it is--the part with the Nocturna members after the boss was a great sendoff for these characters. However, I wanted to see more. Would've found it interesting to see what many of the characters (main or contract) have been doing lately. Would've loved if we get to see Mila and Lucille reconcile and connect after the game. Would've enjoyed seeing if Mila would take up Bianca's offer. Maybe there could be a final decision at the end based on one's quest completion to choose Mila's ending. Hope you would consider this since it would make a fantastic end to a fantastic game!

I have completed the game at HR85 with all contracts completed and all skills have been acquired (even the secret one with the 13 super boss rematches). It has been an incredible journey watching this game grow. For years, I had kept this game close to my heart. Seeing and voting on new contracts, waiting each Sunday for the news drop, and witnessing how the main story would unfold.

Thank you MKRU for working on this game as much as you have. I can't wait to see what you have cooking up for next time.

Sooo… an expanded ending is something I wanted to implement, but the scope for this update was getting out of hand, so I decided to cut it around midway through development. I would like to go back and add on to it in a future update, but for now, I wanted to keep the ending rather simple and ambiguous.

Everyone’s journey with Mila is different, so what she decides to do after the end of the game is ultimately for the player to decide.

Thank you so much for playing through to the end. If one of the complaints is that you wanted more, thats hardly a negative in my book lol.

now im addicted to vampire games like this one yet this one is the only one i know of with "suck" a cool "bloody" vampire story with an amazing main character it amazes me yet i cant get the full game since i cant pay the patreon...*dies slowly while dissipates into dust because of sadness*

it will be available to everyone for free on christmas!

yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

Will the christmas release be available here like normal? And how do I transfer my save file to it if I'm on android?

it will release here on the 25th as usual. Im not sure how you would migrate a save from android to PC, and either way, moving over older saves has never been a thing with these updates.

I meant between apks, but I just read another post about the saves issue. Then I realized I must have overwritten the included saves a while back. In the future, maybe you can make the base saves start from File 100 down.

Also, does most quests completed include ones with dialogue choices?

Most quests mean, contracts and side quests that are in the journal. The ones that are completed should appear as such in the journal,

Vampire's Fall: Origins is another really good vampire rpg. It uses turn based combat similar to old flash games.
