The statue appears not in the room where you reactivate the power and receive the key, but rather at the end of the hallway on the right hand side of the map. Its sort of dark and there's rubble everywhere, so it's possible that you didn't notice it appear, but it should be there.
Because the information on the quest log (and picture gallery) are updated upon starting a new game. The variables that allow a quest to progress can be updated, allowing you to continue in most cases, but the quest log is a feature outside of RPG Maker that has been added and can’t be manually refreshed to include updated information.
Game will remain free, promise. You can however, add it to your library on Steam now! I recommend doing so soon, seeing as there’s been a lot of censorship of nsfw games on all platforms lately.
Also, if you really liked it, I’d greatly appreciate it if you could leave a review of the game. Really helps it get noticed by more people and honestly, that’s what this is all about.
