I believe it's one of the Android's story events, but I could be wrong about that. I do remember that she plays a major part in that particular event, but I don't remember which girl in particular triggers that event.
Keep playing and you'll run into that event further down the road if you haven't already. I would describe the event in question, but it contains massive spoilers, and I hate spoiling things.
That I don't know. I haven't had time yet to play through the new content, as I started a fresh save to see all of the changes to the early game events, and work has been hectic lately.
