liked the art if you didn't make any of it and it was just a pack the way you put it together was well done. The story seemed to be little short and the same guy asked me if I wanted to enter the castle inside the castle and outside lol. What ever did happen to the cat eared people and why did the king hate them so much? I might have missed something well playing since he was holding a party and they just said kill the king the the end.

As for the battles the enemy couldn't do any damage to me at all not sure if you wanted them to be that weak compared to the hero or not. Not sure how you implemented the limitation in the story might have just gone over my head. Do explain if you feel like it.

I’m guessing that you used external assets for the graphics, that is of course allowed and perfectly fine, but instead of commenting on the beauty of the art,  i will compliment your good sense for graphics. Now, if you did make all that art, then know that you are a God or a Goddess.

Nevertheless, there is so much content here. How did you manage to make maps that big and detailed? I even got lost on the caves trying to find the “other house”.

Unfortunately, i believe that the quality of the graphics and the vastness of the maps put into sharp relief the somewhat lacking story. I know that it is very hard to write a compelling story within the limited time window of the jam, but my feeling is that the story is not “up to par” with the rest of the game, but only because i unconsciously expected it to have the same quality, which i realize is unreasonable.

The battles in the cave seemed superfluous: there was no strategy whatsoever involved and all i had to do is press enter, enter, enter to win. This is true for most RPG Maker games, not only this, but i think i would prefer if you had left that part out.

Well done!

Thank you for playing! I’l try to focus more on the story next time. And, well, the fights we're bad. I understand you perfectly. But I didn’t really have the time to implement more. Maybe it would be a better to just get rid of the fights completely if they aren’t that good. Thank you for reviewing!
