Fun game, catchy music.
It would have been great to have more clarity as when a monster is gonna hurt you (either an attack animation or a more visible hitbox).

Nice game, could use some particle effects to make the killing more satisfying! I love the art and SFX good job!

Thanks, i really appreciate it! I was looking into the particle effects but I was having a really hard time understanding the system and was running out of time for the game jam, if you know of any good tutorials for the particle effect system I would love to give them a watch!

Great game!  Combat felt good but I did find it difficult to not get hit while attacking enemies so I died a lot BUT I also played several times over and over again because it was a lot of fun.  I love your upgrades (especially speed walking) and your artwork is top notch!

Thanks so much for the feedback! I found that having a strategy of running around and avoiding the slow enemies and focusing on the fast ones that are spawning can help you stay alive longer, and the upgrades were a last minute addition that i'm happy we implemented.
