I love myself a good rhythm platformer, tough as nails but loveable at the same time.

Thanks!

This was a wildly frustrating good time haha! Great game overall though, this music was great and with the minimalistic design and smooth tweening it all felt very polished

Developer

Thank you!

Very good platformer game! It's challenging, with an interesting tempo-based mechanic, and the level design is well done! Audio and visual presentation is good. The minimalist style is great, though I think the same blue color gets a little repetitive. Maybe if each level had it's own color, the visuals would feel a little more interesting.

Thanks! That color idea was a HUGE missed opportunity, wasn't it...

This was really fun! The slidey-ness felt a bit off but everything else was fairly solid.

Controls are a little too-slidey but a really good game otherwise.

Great game! I loved the music, the simple aesthetic, and the tight platforming. I didn't mind the difficult spike, but I do live for punishing precision platformers. Let me know if you plan to continue development. I'd love to play future iterations

Thank you so much! Recently, after the jam, I played OvO on coolmathgames, and many of its levels were very punishing. I spent the better part of a day playing it and raging, and it was surprisingly fun. Anyways, I don't really plan on continuing development on this, but I may make a punishing precision platformer later in the future!

Really well thought out and polished. Jump feeled a little lacking in my humble opinion and levels 5 and 6 were WAY harder than the rest of the game

Developer

Thanks! Agreed, and the difficulty spike of 5 and 6 was on purpose. It may have been a bit overboard, though :)
