The ghosts AI work the same as in the original game except:
- i did fix the ghost's target being off when pacman is facing up (i was actually considering keeping it just to match the game)
- the target the ghosts go to in scatter mode is different per level so in the clyde level the clydes each have a target in a different corner.
In the secret last level which mimics the original map the scatter targets are in the right place.
