How does your game fit the theme?
I did two takes. The primary take was simply playing off the homophone of Role and Roll. You manipulate the socio-economic roles of the dice to try and keep the economy, and through that your political power, in a safe place. In addition to this I have a random event system that depending on the roll, can change the following week from a safe bet to a frantic scramble.

Wow It`s realy good stuff!!! Of course there are some flaws, but the game is suitable, and if it is finished, it will be a cool TimeKiller for mobile devices=)

I think you had a great idea here, and as you said, you might've overscoped a little, but I applaud you for having such an original take.

Obvious missing things were a bit of a tutorial, and just a bit more polish on the presentation (which was already on the right track for a charming look). But good job submitting either way and if I were you, I'd try to take the game a bit further to see where it goes :)

I had some fun with the base concept. I knew I was over scoped from the start but I just couldn't pull myself away from the core use of the theme after it occurred to me. Honestly got a lot more done than I initially thought I would. Not my strongest Game Jam entry but I had fun.

I've considered taking the concept a bit further. I think it has a solid core that could be interesting. But I also have a team project going right now so it might be some time before I ever get a chance to analyze what parts to keep or discard.

Thanks for Playing!

Cool concept :)

It was something new for me that's for sure. Always been more of a rougelite guy so doing a economic sim with idle elements was something new for me. Wish I had been able to get a bit more work done. But I'm pretty sure that everyone who does jams feels like that.

Took me a few tries to get it, especially how to level up the dice. Cool game!

Developer

Yeah it's one of the things I was most worried about. Missed the first day of the jam and had a family event so I didn't get a lot of time to polish it up and give a tutorial. Kind of overscoped a bit. Lol. But it was one of my favorite concepts I've done so at least it was fun to participate!

i have no idea what i'm doing but at least it's playable

Developer

Never got arround to a tutorial. Kind of overscoped. I think playable might be a bit generous. But I had fun participating even if I had a weaker entry than I usually go for. Thabks for playing!
