Lovely art style, nice difficulty scaling and definitely gave tense moments when your health was low! It was great fun bouncing the bullets between enemies too! If you continue with this, I wonder if those shark/snake enemies could be defeated somehow...

generally in jams i always tend to end up with wildly unbalanced games, so i'm pleasantly surprised that i managed to somehow have a more balanced difficulty curve from what feedback says so far :p

Bouncy bullets are something i wanted to have to make a bit more different kind of upgrade than just a damage value going up, sadly they're a bit clunky cause i don't know quite well how to make an actual bounce trajectory, but already had some help in the feedback so that i can (hopefully) understand how to do that properly, so to make sure it was a fun weapon to use since i couldn't do a proper bounce i spiced it up by having it bounce between enemies as well as walls

The snake like enemies i didn't put all that well together so it was a bit hard during jam time to make them have a health system, so i made them more as stage hazards like the turrets, and gave the in game reason to that as them being corrupt by the spider bots or something and thus back to normal when you destroy the cores. 

And about this entry, it'll be on hold for now cause there is another jam coming up that i'd like to participate in if possible ^^
