How? Nintendo are massive prudes/downright discriminators when it comes to lgbt related content. I'm skeptical that they let you keep any of the more spicy scenes in the game in their store.
Considering some games or vns onto there are bordeline nsfw, this shouldnt be a problem.
It's a good question, but they actually approved the game on their first evaluation process.
