Maybe add a hint system on how to get cards from characters. I've talked to Yasmin until I got "Out of events" in all locations and I didn't get a 3 star card.
If it were randomized, why should it happen every time at that point? I reached the point, where Yasmin gave me her second card, after which the game always skipped to morning when I wanted to interact with her.
