What mods did you get? Most mods have instructions in a Readme in the Mod folder. I didn't think there were any mods yet that followed the SfP method of putting in the mod folder.

Notquiterandomportraits goes in mod folder. You don't need to activate it ingame tho. The folder in Tweaks are pasted into the main game folder (not the mod folder) using replace files. Lastly, paste the folders in MGEdits into the main game folder using replace files. Only the random portraits mod goes into the mod folder.
