I hadn't found instruction on how to install them, or if I did, I didn't realized I did.

Notquiterandomportraits goes in mod folder. You don't need to activate it ingame tho. The folder in Tweaks are pasted into the main game folder (not the mod folder) using replace files. Lastly, paste the folders in MGEdits into the main game folder using replace files. Only the random portraits mod goes into the mod folder.
