Love the color palette and the soundtrack, which all contribute to the mood.

Thanks to this game, I learned something new today. I went and read what"Waiting for Godot" meant after finishing the game and reading other comments.

I'm glad you enjoyed the experience, and that it piqued your interest to look up the source. Reading or watching the original play on YouTube would certainly be a recommendation from us.

Another Godot user I see! Glad to see other participants using the engine as well! 😊

Love the graphics, really! The sprites are really captivating and it being monochromatic just feels right for the game, excellent job! 😁

As a fellow Godot user, I guess that you put your movement inputs inside the '_input()' method. If this is the case, I would advise using the '_process()' method (or '_physics_process()' if you need to use physics) instead, as it will constantly register inputs

Right now, if you maintain the movement key pressed, it makes a step, and after a short time, it starts walking constantly. Using '_process()' will make the movement feel continuous instead of making a short stop! 😄

I'm glad you enjoyed the game. Thank you for the tip on movement, I had taken a break from Godot for awhile so coming back I'm a little rusty

Nothing much happens. Perfect interpretation of the play :D Nice job, great mood to it, and definitely surreal. It looks good too, and the music is nice.

Titles a mood..

Love the graphical style! Its animated really well and the colours really set the tone. The gameplays simple yet the planet walking effect is really satisfying to watch! The music is also really nice, tho a little loud near the end. Really cool game.
