When I try to start the game, this error show up:
Could you please tell me what language your environment uses? It can be a problem relating to 2byte characters.
For now I tried removing most of files with 2byte characters from the game assets in the new patch - v1.141.(to remove them completely, I need a little more work time, so it's a kind of temporal fix)
The patch also contains experimental language options. It's mostly uncompleted, but still slightly better than all-japanese, I guess...
Please try it out.
I'm planning complete support for non-japanese players in near future (I assume it will be July or August at the earliest. The progress is not fast, because the translator is the developer myself :/), but until the completion, you may have some troubles like this.
Ofc I will try to support all of reports asap though.

I simulated Polish environment on my PC and finally found out what prevents the game from launching.
However, it may take some weeks (I can work on the game only in my spare time...) to release the next patch. I have to deal with other font problems you'll likely face:
(you see, the depiction of unit name is corrupted)
But I promise you will be able to, at least, launch the game in the next fix.
