I simulated Polish environment on my PC and finally found out what prevents the game from launching.
However, it may take some weeks (I can work on the game only in my spare time...) to release the next patch. I have to deal with other font problems you'll likely face:
(you see, the depiction of unit name is corrupted)
But I promise you will be able to, at least, launch the game in the next fix.
