I agree, but the problem is we don't have 'concrete' evidence to make our claim.
The guy also didn't dare to say the amount of money he wanted us to compensate him, probably because he himself knows that it'll be extortion that way lol
In any case, my mom and I are ready if he wanted to make trouble again!

Welp, it's more like in consideration of our neighbour :S
Party B have known my neighbour for years and Party B's son is working there, so... yeah, to avoid unnecessary future problems/souring relationships, we've talked it over (also with the neighbour)and decided to call the police only when we've acquired definite evidence and if Party B continues to harass us x_x
