Welp, it's more like in consideration of our neighbour :S
Party B have known my neighbour for years and Party B's son is working there, so... yeah, to avoid unnecessary future problems/souring relationships, we've talked it over (also with the neighbour)and decided to call the police only when we've acquired definite evidence and if Party B continues to harass us x_x
