How did you/your team interpret the theme?
The idea is of an ice cube that has to face the effects of temperature in the environment and use for its advantage.

How was your/your team's experience in this jam?
Good, this 2 weeks deadline is very forgiving.

Bugs apart, this game is fire! (or ice?) keep working on it and you'll have a shiny gem right there! Really fun idea.

Developer

Hhahaha, thank you very much! I'll keep working on this one :

What a cool idea :P

Unfortunately, I couldn’t figure out the controls. I could rotate with Q and E but couldn’t move with A or D (are you supposed to be able to move)? The little sign at the beginning seems to suggest I can.

Anyway, I would get too big to be able to rotate and couldn’t make it past the first hole.

Really cool idea!

Thank you very much!
Indeed, the A & D movement isn't working in the built version. That makes it very hard to play :P
I hope to fix it as soon as possible :)

Hilarious concept! Definitely difficult to move around, but I enjoyed sitting in an ice puddle and seeing how large I could grow. Slapping silly eyes on the ice was a great touch.

Also, I like the effort put into the ice cube shader.

Thank you! I very much appreciate your feedback :), and I am glad that you liked the face!
I programmed the movement in Update and not FixedUpdate, and for some reason it works in the editor but when built it doesn't work for the horizontal movement.

As soon as I'm able to update it, I'll fix this issue!
