I was wondering where you found all of the background images for the desert scenes and the valley, they remind me of parts of Western North America, like Utah or parts of New Mexico, even bits of Texas or Arizona (Mostly Utah and New Mexico though). I know that the backgrounds for the context of the VN are just meant to show a desert location, and not literally be in a specific part of the United States, but I am really curious what real life locations the images are based on.

The valley BG is 100% Monument Valley in Utah. It's a pretty recognizable landmark :)

Ah, yes. Such is the magic, the grace, the glory of royalty-free pictures available online. God bless those copyleft enthusiasts and their shenanigans.

Minotaur Hotel would, provably, not exist without Creative Commons culture and Lawrence Lessig's work in particular. Such is the power of The CC.

This is what the transformative power of Creative Use can bring us. Something soulful and precious that shines through

I was definitely thinking that was Monument Valley! :D But I wasn't sure haha.
