Have you spoken with Sawano about making a bomb yet?

I dont know but when talking to her she says "its nice when someone doesnt use bombs" or something like that

Hmmm, I may have to do another playthrough in order to figure out what you missed. Have you tried joining the discord server and seeing if anyone has left additional info on this particular branch of the story? I will start a new playthrough now and see if I can figure it out, but you might have better luck checking the discord.

So I checked the discord like you said and it was in her freaking room.... X_X thanks you for help and I cant believe im so dumb XD you dont need to do the playthrough again btw :) thanks for the help! :D

Glad I could be of assistance, although I could have sworn it was the kitchen in the morning. I play too many of these I guess, hard to keep track of all of the triggers for all of the different games I play.
