This circles back around to where I may have been too subtle. Roswell is meant to be in the right, but the interplay between a traumatised Dave using Tyson as a crutch along with Roswell's trauma of what still lingers from when they were kids is rough to balance. Emotional scarring goes deep basically.

And when they first met? You mean when they were like 4? :'D

the fact they were 4 and still to this day he's still randomly manipulating people just makes it look like a core character trait which is why i don't understand it. There doesn't seem to be any reason or motive for him to just manipulate everyone randomly but he does.

also i never got dave using tyson as a crutch. More he just follows whatever tyson is doing like a little brother does to a big brother even hoss says dave only looks at tyson with adoration. Dave seems more like a leaf in the wind rather than 'I NEEED him or i'll fall apart' but then again loosing a brother or anyone close can cause you to fall apart

I'll just add it to my growing list of things to address for the big edit come the end.

Fair enough but if you want Roswell to be more justified i would suggest for him to talk about not being ok with Dave inviting Tyson earlier when it was relevant.

Right now everyone talks about how they feel about Daves action then about 2 weeks later Roswell decides to finally give his opinon right after talking about very heavy stuff which already has Dave realing trying to get to grips with it.

It just looks more planned and opportunistic the way it is now. Why would Roswell wait so long after it was already brought up unless he was hoping to be able to use it later as amunition. If it was to wait till they could talk alone they've had like 2 weeks and plenty of opportunities to talk in private. If Roswell didn't care at the time to bring it up why does he care now.

I think the main rationale I had was specifically waiting until after Dave showed any signs of not being emotionally shut down re:David's death which is why this is happening post day 14 but I'll admit it's one of the weaker parts to his arc and in need of a fix.

Contrary to the rest of the fan-base, I for one am Pro-Roswell, and Anti-Tyson (At least for the earlier half of the month).

As interesting as Tyson is becoming as a character if this was real life and the choice was to hang out with someone who's a bit of a shit stirrer vs someone who is aggressively confrontational, the Tysons would have me distancing myself from the friend group.
