hows the theme being chosen?

Well Me and my fellow admins sat in discord and had a chat about potiental themes. You will be notified a day before the jam starts.

All I will say it’s gonna be a interesting theme to make a game too. ;)

(1 edit)

when we get the theme and i finish my game where do i post it

There should be a submit button I believe that should point you in the direction of submitting your game.

The theme is Egypt, it is on the main page here: https://itch.io/jam/the-dave-microwave-game-jam

Good question. What you do with your game after the Jam is up to you and yes you can publish it on your page we encourage you to do so. As your second question just your itch.io profile which I am sure it asks you to put the URL too but if not just send me email or DM me on here if that’s a thing.

do you know me?

its me,monika

Right here! https://discord.gg/DYVZy8

Or you can also find the link to Dave's discord on his twitter: https://twitter.com/The_Toonimator :-)

Is there some way in itch.io (for dave or the others running the jam) to message all the people who joined the jam? It might be useful to get some feedback on why there were so few actual submissions.

It will most likely be a combination of "ran out of time" too busy" and similar but there could be surprising reasons that would be useful to know for the next jam.

Hey, Great question yes there is. I will bring your question up with the team to discuss

i cant post my game becase the imge was used by someone else but thats not true, right?

Sure, you can post your game that's not a issue.

Also maybe change the image
