Hey, thanks for giving the game a shot! Appreciate the feedback, though we do want to put some emphasis on buildup to the more explicit content. It’s obviously not transitioned through as per you writing this, but we’ll try our best to make the NSFW elements be even more intertwined with the main gameplay flow in future versions. Straight game overs have been a bit of a common complaint, and we’ll try to focus on soft gameovers that you can recover from later on (see bandit minion defeat). I personally don’t think the 2x stamina defeat is an issue because you are given ample time to defeat the opponent within one chunk of STM (outside of grappled, which we will address in later versions), but are curious to hear your specific thoughts :)

I'm not having an issue with the game difficulty. My concern was more that the players who are deliberately trying to find all the NSFW content are going to met with a bunch of game over screens, while the people who are trying to win are going to see very little NSFW content.

Personally, I am a bottom. I figured that probably in order to see that type of content, I want to lose the fight. So I did, on purpose. First 50 stamina loss, ok you get a CG. I do it again expecting a loss CG... no loss CG, just same as the first 50 and then game over. I then try to actually *win* the fight and... well the fight just ends. That's all.

In general I get the impression that the game is overall about trying to avoid sex, which is probably not appealing to broad audience.

That's completely fair, but then again, in my humble opinion the overarching point of the battle system is to act as a build up to sex scenes. The more you struggle in combat, the more you get stripped and grappled. There'll be 'dom' scenarios in the future that will tie into the 'corruption' mechanic, but this is primarily focused on a more 'reluctant and bottom' focused pool of content, rather than being over saturated with explicit scenes over and over with a switch personality. I do feel there's a limit and, and porn quickly loses it's effects without at least a little build up / tension.

The character is indeed trying to 'avoid' sex, but you have control over him, so thematically I do personally like the prospect of 'losing' and the whole mood it sets afterwards~ In turn, having sex scenes when you win wouldn't make too much sense character wise without some modifiers in place. Again, more or less personal preference :)

And like I mentioned, we'll try to incorporate some more 'non gameover' defeats in the future, it's been a hotly requested feature so I hope you'll look forward to that. Thanks again for the feedback!

Well, it sounds like the later content may appeal to a broader audience then... though I still don't think it's going to appeal to me personally. I think it's just a situation in which I'm supposed to be playing a role, since it's an RPG, but i'm simply not capable of placing myself in the PC's mindset. Partially because the player doesn't even know what it is before starting the game, but also, even after I learn what it is... it's just too different from who I am.

ooh, definitely do the soft gameover stuff. It's always fun to do those in games.
