It's a loose shirt, that's oviously not how his arm is shaped XD, it's just the shirt folding that way, it could also be shoulder pads
Artistic choice. Or maybe he just has very fluffy shoulders on top of being very muscular.
It's actually the shirt being loose , atmac up there is the author, so he should know XD
