Cute! Can I confess that I tried the cheats after I couldn't get the 3rd plug where I wanted it to go? xD Also, I am playing the HTML version (I am using Chrome) and it often blacked out while I am in the middle of the game. So, sadly, even with the cheats (both the extra plugs and hold P A R T Y keys tgt) I couldn't complete and see the party. Also, really like the wobbly paper and the way the bunny hugs the plugs - hope he enjoyed the party! :)

Haha thanks for playing, I hope he had a good time too. I'm sad to hear it was so unstable for you that even the party struggled. Very strange how different everyone's experience of it has been regarding crashing.

Other than fixing the crashes, did you have any other feedback?

Yes, it does seem strange how people experience the bugs differently huh :/. But I think you did a great job for this short amount of time! I've never played anything like it :)

Hmm... let's see.. if you would like to take this up a notch, with regards to the gameplay, I think that perhaps having like a progress bar or some kind of rewards for the player at regular intervals will help players stay engaged to carry on till the end? I understood the main objectives but perhaps some minor checkpoints or mini quests can add some variation before the player meets the main objective? My point is that because it is a maze and there seems to be unlimited ways to play it, it could be good to have some structure or guidance along the way :)

Oh, or even like, maybe after the 3rd plug then there is a cut scene and some unexpected blackout happens or like some thief came to steal some of the cables etc. as the rabbit is portrayed as a very cute and innocent lovable character, the player will feel that sense of "aww" and inclined to commit and help overcome the adversity and continue bunny's quest. This would be my take on using a story-telling approach :)

Looking forward to ver2.0 if you decide to continue working on it after the jam! :D

Thanks, and that's great to hear! I also had not played anything like it so I hoped it was original.

That's a good suggestion. It's funny you say that, I very nearly added a counter at the bottom that said "5/10 lights" but decided against it to minimise the GUI, and try to explain it using graphics, so instead it would show you by physically turning the light on (but only slightly because it is day after all).

Haha a thief? Perhaps a fox? I wonder why he would do that, maybe he is angry he was not invited to the party... That opens up many questions for a backstory of a supposedly "innocent and lovable" character. I agree that there's so much potential for additional narratives, and a spiteful gatecrasher sounds like quite an interesting one.

Glad that my suggestions were helpful or at least gave you some possible ideas :) I haven't been active on discord, but have followed you on itch ;) Cheers!
