You collected all 3 logs and the 3 cogs?
I'm having the same issue I already collected the 3 logs and Arthur re-request me to find it. It happen when I completed my house decorations. Arthur quest appeared before I finished my home.
Are you using the latest version, 0.7.7?
This issue should have been solved in this version.
In any case, the quest will disapear when you'll load your game.
Yes I am and it looks like by restarting the game the issue disappear. I don't understand why but it's working fine now so disregard this.
