Yes I am and it looks like by restarting the game the issue disappear. I don't understand why but it's working fine now so disregard this.

I'm having the same issue I already collected the 3 logs and Arthur re-request me to find it. It happen when I completed my house decorations. Arthur quest appeared before I finished my home.
