Hey Tiger J its me Etra! (if you remember)

I know its a bit late for feedback but feedback it feedback I guess?

I enjoyed your game's art and music and the general concept! However I want to note that there is a decently serious flaw in the execution... being that the buttons to control the character are too far apart. This may seem very opinionated and not objective but if you think about it after they press a button once they have to trudge all the way back to it to press it again leaving a lot of empty space where the player is not doing anything engaging. Again I love this concept! Yet the execution may need some more work, but once that is done you have a really solid gameplay mechanic!

Anyway one thing I do want to mention is I'm going to make a Game Jam Spotlight Video on my favorite games from this jam on my Game Design Analysis Channel Etra Games in a few days! So here's a shameless plug to my Youtube channel if you want to be notified of when the video releases! :

Also we updated Between the Worlds if you are Interested!

I really value your detailed feedback and completely agree. This and a checkpoint system so players don't feel like they are playing 'Getting over it' when they fall from the upper tiers are the two things I would change if I pursue this project any further. There might be a day when I edit this but as of now I have too many irons in the fire.

I will subscribe, like and watch the video when you post it. Long Live the Game Jam Community! LLGJC!

Thanks!
