Working on my LUMEN Jam, got a rules question about LIGHT, can't get ahold of Spencer on Twitter.

LIGHT p1: "Health and Light reset at the end of the Strike, and Dark is reverted back to Light."

p3: A possible boon: "In especially rare situations, the conversion of a Dark back to a Light."

When does Dark convert to Light?

Your Light returns to normal and Health is replenished after every mission/Strike.

Not sure about the second statement. Likely referring to Dark that remains with you for longer because of story reasons. Because that's true, theoretically you wouldn't need this boon bc your Dark would be converted back anyway. But that could be why it says only in "rare situations"
