Your Light returns to normal and Health is replenished after every mission/Strike.
Not sure about the second statement. Likely referring to Dark that remains with you for longer because of story reasons. Because that's true, theoretically you wouldn't need this boon bc your Dark would be converted back anyway. But that could be why it says only in "rare situations"
