Whenever you see any such content, you can use the report button. This increases the chances of an admin looking at it and handling the situation.

the report button would most likely go to the developer and that wont resolve the problem because bots spam faster than any human can report or block them. I suggest a feature for communitys like link blocking and common word block to stop bots.
That's an idea. Our admins can apply wider blocks, and spam filters, but it can still be a battle. We've let them know, for what it's worth.
