Hi Skeffles! Played the game for a bit. So far so good. Enjoyed it, and will continue later. For now, I have the following suggestions:

When clicking the buy button for a new unit, it sometimes selects the already placed unit below the button.
I would like to see it zoomed out a bit more.
Sometimes when clicking the mouse to drag the screen, it selects and drags the unit. It's a bit annoying. I think you can counter this by checking the mouse position when you click down, and when release the mouse button,
Have you thought about not being able to change the position of an already placed unit?
The unit pop up and buy menu are too big imo. They get a bit in the way of the game screen.
Question! Can I change the direction the crossbows face?

Played a bit more and noticed the following:

I'm at the level of the bald guy with the red/brown beard and have been noticing some significant FPS drops here and there.
I can't really see where I place some of my units due to the size of the explosions

I agree with you, these are certainly pain points whilst playing. I've added them to my list and will address them if I come back to the game.

As for the ballista direction, you have to change their target mode in the tower management menu.
