Sure! It's strange, I use Windows 7 but 32 bits. If other Unity games work fine for you, I really don't understand why my game doesn't work. If Spacescapes works for you, it makes no sense, since it was done with the same Unity version as My Home, if I remember well.

I would go and test it.

This may not work either because my PC is from 2007 and basically runs on Windows Vista x32!
But since games like BeamNG (which runs on CryEngine3) work despite terrible lag, I don't think this theory works!

EDIT: Knowing that a new version was released recently.

The My Home error log.
I failed to get the one from Eldamar The Hamster.

Crash link

I have checked the error log and also searched in google. I don't have a definitive solution, but only a few ideas of what could be the problem. I explain why I think this in every idea:

- Operative System: you say that you use Windows Vista x32, it seems Unity generally doesn't work well in this OS

- Hardware, more specifically RAM memory: in the error log I found these lines - 88% memory in use. 1916 MB physical memory [223 MB free]. This may indicate that for some reason, you are trying to run the games with very high graphics, too high for your PC setting. Try to run the games with the lowest graphics and check if it works.

- Antivirus: I read that antivirus can cause issues with launching

- Register: I read that some people had broken register and they did some fixes that solved the problem, you can try to use CCleaner to repair register and see if it works

I hope something is helpful, I'd say that the problem could most likely be the RAM, using 88% memory is insane, and if you only have 2GB of RAM, you should run these games in lowest graphic setting possible. Tell me if you could solve it!

For the operating system, it was running on Windows Vista x32. But it has been changed to Windows Seven x64. Running x64 programs on a PC that does basic x32 often doesn't mix well.

For RAM, I run most games at low quality.
For yours, I tried to set the graphics to the minimum and the resolution to the minimum in Window mode. But that didn't change anything!

I'll send you a recording of exactly what's going on. https://www.mediafire.com/file/mycmiex0dh7t8nv/Record.zip/file

It is so strange, but I thought that you got the crash without even starting the game? In the recording, I see that you enter to the main screen and you can even select the level. Loading the levels takes a little bit of time (no idea why, I am not a pro dev and my knowledge of Unity is scarce, no idea why it takes some time to load levels). So, as far as I have seen, you try to load a level and then the game crashes and closes itself, right? Do you still have 2GB of RAM? Do you happen to have another PC to test the games?

Reply:

So it's not the levels that take time to load; after 5 minutes, they still do not launch!

So the levels don't start, but the game doesn't crash. It just stays frozen for eternity.

Another PC: no because I have another more powerful PC for work only.

And the RAM: I only have 1.87 GB left.

Levels take a bit of time to load but no way they take 5 minutes or even eternity. They might take like 30 seconds to me, but I have 3GB RAM. I think your issue is RAM, I can't think in another issue. But this raises me another question, how can you use x64 bits OS with only 2GB of RAM? Doesn't your PC go extremely slow? With that amount of RAM, I suggest you to change to x32 bits OS... or increase the RAM if you can.

To conclude, all these problems no longer concern me. The problem was just that I had too old a PC. v

 - DirectX  10

- Intel Chipset video card

- Intel Pentium II processor

- So many other obsolete stuff...

The PC still works but it is slower than when I had these problems.

I changed my PC 3 months ago and all the games I want are working now (including this one).

However, a problem arises: The "My Home" level is the only one that does not work.

I'm glad that you have got a new PC! Yes, I think I was also using the intel internal video card until I wanted to play some games and that wasn't enough and I just bought a graphic card :D

I just tested My Home right now after reading your comment and I can open the level. Are you getting any specific problem? The level might take some seconds to load. Also, this game received a small update in past spring so you are trying it in a good moment :)

I suggest to try again but please tell me if you get any error text or something, I'd like to know, although as I say, I just tested it right now and it works for me. If your pc is new and the other levels work, it must be just a loading issue. Sorry for the inconveniences, and I really appreciate that you keep trying despite all this time and issues!!

I hope you have great fun with your new PC :D
