the game felt very polished and i enjoyed it i have only one note:
first of all i think the level design is great but i would let people exercise a bit more before giving them hard levels. After the first two levels i immediately had a difficulty spike which was a shock for me. I can say I'm the persona of your game, i love challenge but I don't like to get surprised.

Yeah, a lot of people complained about the difficulty curve. Normally I would have spent more time on level design, but it was my first jam and I still had a lot of new things to learn so I hadn't that much time for smoothing the curve.
Anyways, glad you enjoyed Johnny Split and thanks for playing!

This is our game, The Revolver, where you are a lizard wielding a six-shooter!
A mix between roguelike shooters + card games, where each bullet type does something unique. Bullet colors randomize every match to test your memorization and quick thinking!

Amazing Idea! loved it and would like maybe to see it as a full length game!
a few notes i have:
* I would put a marker on direction of enemies because i had some time i ran through the area without seeing anyone.
* When you shoot the bang you should first time maybe tell the player he must switch the bullet i kept pressing the mouse in panic.
*Love the main menu, but i would in the main menu have different types of bullets. Could give a cool indication on whats to come

We tried implementing the minimap to help with where the enemies were coming from, but the arrow sounds like a better idea for the future.
As for the main menu, we tried to get you to scroll to the "Start" button, so to say.
We definitely want to continue working on it, so every point counts! Glad that you liked it!
