Is there anything to do with the "pursue" option for mistyra ? Or will she run away no matter what?
Im not sure, i think she will always run away.
Get defeated by an Infected person, get Infected, and then try Pursue again- something happenz.

As mentioned, you can get a scene if you pursue while infected. But can't catch her yet
