I'll write my thoughts as I play:

  • Oop, no canvas scaling on the main menu at least. This means that players with low resolutions won't be able to see most of the menu, or click on certain buttons. On your canvas, just change the scaling type to Scale with Screen Size and it will fix this.
  • Other than that, so far the UI looks very nice!
  • I would consider putting the controls in-game as well as the menu.
  • Very nice soundtrack!
  • It would be useful to have some kind of tutorial in-game.
  • Is there a reason the green portal thing plays a different random pitch each time you step on it? I would recommend making it a single pitch so as not to confuse its function. Right now I can't tell if it's doing something different based on the sound or not.
  • It's a shame there's no button to just restart the level... I think I might be stuck
  • Is this... supposed to happen?
  • This is one of the reasons I wished I had a dedicated level reset button xD
  • I had to reload the game page and start from the first level to continue.
  • Sometimes... forgetting the imprint doesn't work. Like if I'm standing on an imprinter and rewind. This breaks the puzzles.
  • Turns out that was the last level! And it was getting pretty fun.

Overall, this game is great. It's got great graphics, good sound effects, fun puzzles, and a very nice art direction. The only problems are the lack of levels and the bugs, as well as not understanding the basic mechanics at first (a tutorial would have helped). But this game has promise! It's really fun once you understand the puzzles. It's just a shame it ended so soon. Great job!
