Nice concept and an interesting implementation of the theme. I think it would be cool if the player had to decide himself what to downgrade instead of downgrading every player's stat. Maybe even randomizing things to downgrade, so the player had to choose between three different stats to downgrade. I think that it would make every try unique.
Overall, I liked the idea and I had fun playing your game. The visuals are simple and it works very well. Good job!
