For Bell, you'll need to complete the pyramid quest. For Alissa and Cassie, try making Cassie change clothes multiple times. She can't be pregnant for this
Permanent breast? If you do then go to the ship area where you were locked into alongside the other cowgirls/boys and inspect the equipment, Linda will know.
