Just tested again, I got caught 3 times into a latex bed while on floor 1, at no point did I get dragged down pink stairs. On the 3rd bed, it was game over, not even "Press E to struggle". On another run, at a latex floor (5F), I got caught, screen fade to black, it fades back in in the same spot, I didn't get moved at all. I get caught again, game over.

I also noticed that the "spend 1 turn in X jail" outfits don't unlock by actually being sent to said jails. Did you mean "escape X jail 1 time"?

Ah well, the vacbed, and I think the tentacle barnacle too, are the only exception to the rule!

Yes, to unlock the outfit you need to spend the turn in jail until the end, getting into the jail wont unlock anything. It wont lose you the game so you can spend alot of time until a good opportunity appears. The vacbed doesnt unlock anything, it has to be a proper enemy that takes you to a jail!

The vacbeds tend to appear out of nowhere more than anything else, so I guess they're floor traps? With how often they trigger, especially as you lose control from other effects, like being captured by the dogs, they trigger game overs way too often.

"Spend the turn in jail" doesn't make sense. I mean, attacks have cooldowns of 12-30 turns, making a "turn" = one movement, so "spend a turn in jail" would be one movement. Escaping a jail floor didn't seem to unlock any outfits.

when captured, a timer (the bar that decreases) will appear. Once it empties, "a turn" will have passed for the requirement. This is most visible when captured by a Cerberus, as the longer you let the bar zero, you will have a VERY noticable change yo your character.
