Absolutely love this, feels great, looks great!

Curious about the design decision behind the spikes on the first level that cycle in real time, unlike the rest of the game that moves-when-you-move?

Personally I like it, gives something that would otherwise be very straightforward a new edge, because by rushing across spikes you can cause the monsters to close in faster than you intend.

I also checked out your other game, Drowned Catacombs, it looks like you all have been learning and improving! Keep it up!!

thank you so much for this feedback!

indeed drowned catacombs was our first try of a roguelike, we found ourselves playing a lot of that and decided to improve that game into a biggest version using picotron game engine!

the traps were turn based before but we decided to make them like this in order to be more deadly and also they helped us design new trap types in later levels.

really glad you liked our games!
