Of course! Speaking from experience, any combination of the three can blend seamlessly thanks to all three being Python built! And Ren'Py is a bit easier to get the hang of because you don't have to build everything from scratch if you don't want to - the main work is just making the visuals and writing the story (which is lowkey structured like either a novel (NVL mode) or a play (ADV mode)).
