There's a lot of competition in the market; several companies already offer the same thing. Some are free, while others start at around $30 per month, but they're proven and offer many more features, like GitHub integration, for example.

The question isn't whether someone would be willing to pay $9 for your solution, but rather why they should choose your solution over the dozens of others already on the market.

Thanks, that’s actually really useful. I hadn’t come across that tool before.

The main difference with what I’m trying to build is that Glitch Bug wouldn’t just be a bug-reporting component you integrate into your game. The idea is to handle the whole playtesting workflow: upload/manage builds, share a private playtest link, let testers play, report a bug, automatically collect the context, and then give the developer a dashboard with both bug reports and playtest analytics.I’m specifically aiming at indie developers and small teams who don’t want to set up and connect several different tools.Do you think that difference is actually valuable, or would you still prefer using a lightweight tool like the one you mentioned and managing the rest separately?

Perhaps you didn't understand me correctly; what you're trying to do is called "bug tracking." The market is full of applications of this type; it's not just one alternative, there are dozens of them. Look at this link I just found where they show you about 30 of the best ones.

For example, there are bug tracking tools that link to GitHub, and GitHub is a well-known tool.

Regarding your proposal, I reiterate, there are several alternatives. Unless you offer me something more convenient, it's unlikely you'll attract any attention. I wish you the best, but I think you should start by researching what's available on the market before setting the monthly price.
